A 40 minute low impact fitness class specifically adapted for the postnatal body. To help build muscle strength, improve posture and restore your core. All while being with your baby, moving to good tunes and boosting those endorphins.
It is suitable for mamas from six weeks post-birth (ensuring you're cleared by your doctor), up until babies around nine months. All abilities welcome.
A baby carrier for the standing section of the class is optional. Mats will be provided.
